Shocking service and product availability! I purchased a standard white tile in January, at the time it was communicated that the tile is readily available and stock would not be an issue should I require additional tiles. After making some changes to the design I needed more tiles. When I returned to the branch, in mid January I was told they had no stock and where awaiting a shipment which was due in February, I returned in February to purchase the tiles that would have arrived in February only to be told sorry the tiles are in the harbor and will be available in the last week of March. In March I was told so sorry the tiles are still in the harbor and will be available in the first week of May. In May I returned to be told oh sorry the shipment sank and the tiles would only available in the last week of June. In June I called and was told the tiles would be available in the last week of July. Surprisingly, after 3 conversations with different individuals at the same branch this morning: the shipment is in India, the tiles where available in March and sold out recently so a new shipment is expected in August and the shipment sank again! LOL!!!!!!!! To get my bathroom finished after 7 months, I have to remove the tiles already installed and purchase new tiles from a reputable and honest organization and start again, naturally at my own cost making my bathroom remodel twice as costly!!
