Itile Sa/ Ceramic world is run like a ****a Shop

*******! Absolute *******!!!!!.....I guess every business's credibility is tested during a situation? Well I didn't even really have a situation. I just returned a bath and got a shock of my life ...Itile/Ceramic World is one of the most disgusting family businesses of the year. I didn't even know it was a family business (Indian) until I was told that the owner (boss) will have to approve the reversal and he will pay me directly through EFT. 4 days later I am still waiting for his approval and the transfer!!!!!! Who does that ...Sam Rego I would expect more from you running such a business like a ****a shop!!!
