iTILE business model robs customers

I had a bad experience with iTILE, I went on Saturday purchased, toilet sets, they told me they will be delivered on Tuesday. I went back the following day (Sunday) to cancel the purchase they told me I will be charged 15%. Then on Monday I came back told them instead of them charging the 15% I would rather take something else in the store then they said NO I will still be charged the 15%.... That is poor business operation... I would have bought something else now I left my 15% and took business somewhere else
