Itile bad service

I made biggest mistake ever,i bought tiles at itile, I was promised free delivery since within 50 km, and they demanded all cash upfront of the tiles so as they order and given them full amount, to my surprise they kept quiet on the delivery date and the were closing for December on the day following, even the lady who was attending me kept quiet, till I called them and informed me the delivery they promised will be done following year. Calculation and estimation was wrong about 5 boxes left and short with 2 boxes other tile type, went to the manager on the 06/01/2018 dump manager talk of policy when i return the tiles that they do not return tiles less than 10boxes,and I informed him that I had to use my own money to deliver tiles oh! Never said a word dump unfriendly rude manager. To all who wish to continue buy from itile goods have a good luck, I will never in my life time, poor working ethics and respect once you had purchased their products.
