I Tile is just a bunch of ******, don’t buy there you will regret the service

I bought tiles worth over R90k, when they delivered, the delivery guys broke R9000 worth of tiles, ten boxes. They let my wife sigh the delivery note that says they delivered 80 boxes, when they actually only left 72 boxes, 2 of which were broken. When we did a check of the stock after they left, we called and complained. They 1st said they only received 4 broken boxes. Even the 4 boxes they conceded to were not recorded on the delivery note. After we pushed them and the delivery guys, they eventually agreed to 10 boxes which they said they would replace. When I pushed for delivery, then they said we will only get delivery around March 2018 ( keep in mind that we bought the tiles around September 2017 & needed them in Nov 2017). I then said they must rather refund, then their big boss in Randburg (head office) said he will only refund 4 boxes. These guys are ****** of the last level. This is just a summary of many many back and forths with them, going to their centurion and Montana beaches in many many occasions. This is such a frustration!!!
