Horrible customer service iTile Centurion

if zero was an option , that I would be rating iTile Centurion as such. I bought 2 soap holders for my shower and other items which i received separately . I was told it will take 2 to 3 business days. it's been Three weeks now I still have not received my stuff. I have been to the store couple of times, I spoke to the store manager Lucas and been told stories . This is not fair as I am busy with a building project and I am getting such service, leaves one with bad taste in their mouth
