Half ceramic/half porcelain passed as porcelain

Looking for tiles - don't buy from Itile Centurion. Sales people don't know what they are doing. Sold 50% ceramic and 50% porcelain as 100% porcelain. When an expert explained this to me I immediately let them know about this. One can clearly see the difference, once you know what to look for. Their operations manager, a Manny, insisted that they were porcelain. I then said I want my money back as I consider it a ******* for non-porcelain tiles. He accepted this but said that they would take off 15% for \handling fees". This meant that I would lose money on a deal which I did not consider being my fault.<br> To add insult to injury they accused me of not bringing back the 62 boxes I purchased"
