While I still maintain that more can be done to ensure efficient business processes in dealing with customer affairs, I do however want to appreciate the effort by Itile Management to try and hear my story. <br> <br> It seems the guys had been waiting for my fami**** face at the shop, and I guess it worked to call me aside at have the talk. <br> <br> My only intention was to be heard.
