Damage goods

I bought three basins and three bathroom vanities at Itile in Randburg. I was not at home when the goods were delivered and one of the basins was damaged when we openend it.

Itile is refusing to exchange it and I find this unacceptable!

I never signed that the good were in order and the delivery team did not open the boxes when it delivered.
