Bad service lack of professionalism

Went into the store and showed the salesman the tiles on display which had a combination of a plane tile and a decorated tile the sales man only sold me the plain tile and never bothered to ask me if i want to mix the tiles as per the display then i later was short of 6 boxes the salesman asked for my email address and confirmed he would send the quote via email im still waiting for the email till this day.
