1. They delivered a very expensive tile at my house. They broke 10 boxes when they were off loading. 2. My wife received the order, she asked the guys who were delivering to confirm the order. They did and she signed. 80 boxes of the expensive tile. They did not make note of the broken tiles on the delivery note. But they all verbally agreed afterwards that 10 boxes were broken. Even JJ at Montana where we made the purchase is aware of this. 3. On 2 occasions, I spoke with Anesh face to face in centurion where he promised to deliver the tiles last week already. 4. Today he tells me we can go the legal route, he can’t deliver the tiles now. Maybe with another shipment. Even though, just on Monday I was with him and he said he would deliver on Tuesday (yesterday). But today the story is changing. He is even being ****y with me that he has covered his tracks, because the driver that was fired because we reported him, he says was fired for e wallet that my wife sent him for spacers that he sold to her. So he is happy to go the legal route, because he covered his basis.

So we are going all out the legal route as per the invitation from Anesh.
