No one picks up the phone.

I have a debt that I owe to Discovery Medical Aid. Unfortunately, my account was handed over to ITC Business Administrators. I tried to contact them for 3months straight and their line wouldn't go through. When I finally got a hold of a consultant, he was very uncooperative as he was reading and I couldn't get a word in. I finally asked him to send me an email of banking details that I can start depositing the money that was agreed upon and till this day, I haven't received an email. And the worst part is that I can't get ahold of them once again. I'm so frustrated, I just want to pay off this debt and clear my name.
