Paid My Original Debt, but the Charges Kept Accumulating
Be very careful of the additional charges on your ITC Business Administrators account. My initial debt was R1,450.60 in February. Thereafter, various small administrative charges were added for things such as emails, SMSs and other communication (even calls that you have no record of receiving) or administrative activities. In April, I paid the full R1,450.60 that I originally owed. One would reasonably expect that to substantially settle the account. However, additional small charges continued to be added thereafter. These amounts may look insignificant individually — R4.03 here, R7.74 there, R28.75 for an email or other activity and R19.94 for reception — but they add up. Despite having paid my original R1,450.60 debt in April, my balance has subsequently grown to R193.31 through these additional charges. That is my biggest concern with ITC Business Administrators: the small administrative charges keep accumulating, and before you know it, you have another outstanding balance even after paying the original amount you owed. My advice is to scrutinise every statement (if you receive one). I only received emails with balance but not a breakdown of the charges. When I called I was advised if you want your statement we will charge you more... a. Do not dismiss the small amounts simply because they are only a few rand at a time. They accumulate. And you dont see them in writing anywhere.

ITCBA customer and accounte service problem
Been battling for almost a year to get proper statement. They keep sending me threatening mail for not paying. Send them the pop 5 times since Dec. And the outstanding balance increases due to extremely high fees. The payments I did make they do not remove from the balance I received in Oct 2025

Incompetence and harassment of ITC Business Administration
I have been sent a settling amount to pay to Massmart medical aid. The amount was paid in full on 17 April 2026. The phone calls continued that I still owe them the money. I discussed the matter with Bongani Maphisa who ensured me that he will sort the matter. I even received an email from him on 8 May to confirm that the account was settled and Massmart was informed. Yet, I still receive phone calls from ITC BA that I owe the money. I also received an email to this regard on 21 May. The level of incompetence at this company is beyond understanding. I have requested numerous times that the matter be sorted yet they still harass me with calls threatening that I will be blacklisted.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service from this company. I was given a settlement amount in January 2026, which I have fully paid between February and now. Despite honoring my side of the agreement, I have yet to receive a paid-up letter. To make matters worse, I am still receiving statements with added interest as if the account has not been settled. No one can provide clear answers, and there is a complete lack of accountability. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Once a settlement is paid in full, the account should be closed and confirmed without delay. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. I will be escalating this matter further if it is not resolved urgently.

This people are the worse. Their charges are ridiculous and even after my settlement, they still drew up charges post settlement. It has just been a frustrating event with them. Their account must be sued

Harassment from agents.
I'm absolutely so frustrated ! I am being harrassed and contacted by their agents even though I have settled my debt with Ampath. I have received a letter saying my aco**** has been closed for goodness sake! Its so frustrating, take my detaild of your stupid system.

ITCBA - 2 years of being harassed!
I am so sick of receiving collection emails from these people! I resigned at my previous job Nov 2023. Bankmed sent me a statement and R397 was due them. I settled them in January 2024 and received paid up letter. I have been harassed by these people claiming I owe R800 for Bankmed; this after I have sent them numerous emails with settlement letter and emails from Bankmed even spoke to one of their agents Aug/Sep and was provided with this email address *** to resend all supporting documents but never received any acknowledgement. I do not want to receive any calls from these people. they must simply remove my details from their systems. 2 years of being harassed!!!
