I want my money

My name is Wandile Mokgashane i had a discovery medical aid however when i canceled the medical aid only to find out that there was money that i had to pay for the savings i spent and they handed me over to ITC , without complaining or anything i made an arrangement with them to deduct the money from my amount after a view weeks i decided to settle the money that was outstanding and they first gave me a run around and they ended up telling me to pay the outstanding amount in Jan 2024. In Feb 2024 they still deducted the regardless and i laid a complain and they told me to send refund documents. I've sent the documents in Feb till now on the I haven't received my money and I've been calling them for sure the amount of airtime i used it is equivalent to the money they have to refund me back. I real regret taking a medical aid with discovery because of this whole drama and the treatment i get from ITC.
