***** debt collectors ITC Business Cape Town

<p>I have inundated with sms threatening me to take my case for legal action for a matter that has been settled long time ago with Bonitas. I am failing to understand that if a medical bill was settled long time ago and there is even a record that the medical bill was overpaid and no hope for reimbur*****t why do I still get all kinds of messages and calls from ITC Business? I am perplexed because the medical bill was paid a long time ago and the proof of payment is attached to attest to that but the so called ‘debt collectors’ are still breathing on my neck like I am owing them. a series of emails were written to them but they still insist on the fact that there is an outstanding amount to Bonitas. The account was overpaid by R900 and I want to know when that would be paid into my account. Bonitas and ITC business please clarify the matter to me as a matter of urgency.</p> <p> </p>
