Day light ********

I have settled my Jet account in July 2017 and all was well till I tried applying for a home loan and through my credit status I was stunned to see that I was still owing jet resulting to my request for a home loan to be declined. JET started calling me saying I must settle the account and I explained to the lady that called me what happened and she advised I call the MBD the lawyers I had settled the account with to confirm on my settlement of which I did. The MBD people confirmed that they have no record of my account I do not owe. I then made contact with the collectors ITC ,where I spoke to Hester Bell (extension 101) who then confirmed in writing (company letterhead) that I do not owe anything and all interest acquired from the payment date would be reversed for their client failed to update them with the payment so my name would be removed. She then promised that a paid up letter would be sent to me within 21 working days (back in July),however it is now October and despite the communication that has taken place via telephone and email there's no success. This is ruining my life..I cant get a house because of these unqualified unprofessional ******** who ripping us day light.
