Useless assistance

<p>I bought a phone a few years back at Russels, somehow things got mixed up. I thought it was paid up, but it wasn't and my number changed so didn't receive any notifications. So they gave me over to ITC. But then I saw that my name was on ITC when debt management from Russels sent me a letter saying I need to pay, and I phoned asking how to solve this. I spoke to a Michelle - ********** 000. They told me to pay R2900 into account FNB ********** 4117 Blake Trust DMC. I did on 01/12/2016, I sent through the prove of payment to DMCqueries... and they sent me a letter confirming this and they said my name would be cleared in 3 days. I have phoned ITC several times, because my name still isn't cleared. And you speak to them over the phone for almost an hour and nothing is being done. Almost 2 months have past already and my name still isn't cleared. I have wasted so much airtime phoning them with nothing being done. I have the prove of everything. When I phone they ask me my first number, I can't remember it. I am using this one right now: ********** 724. I have also used this one a while back ********** 781. But it is not one of those.
