Unprofessional and bad attitude

<p>I recieved an sms that itc will advise the customer that they must apply for judgement against me and there is no way to get hold of itc. the land line numbers keep on saying they can not assist, so now you (itc) tell me how the hell you want me to pay you. there are even no email address on your website. </p>
