Unable to get an answer from them.

This company listed with Transunion me without following the proper Section 72 procedures. When i asked both telephonically and via email for copies of the correspondences they either ignore your emails or hang up on you. Their websites says they are compliant but nowhere does it state their NCR Number.

Telephonically i get told the account is closed and that i must contact the service provider. Yet they listed me with the credit Bureau.

This Company is a *****!!!!
