Un-contactable, unprofessional POOR SERVICE

I received calls on my cell from *** which I did not answer. I was then sent an SMS saying there was a huge discount on my Edgar Card. I called last week 24 July 2020 and the lady said the department that deals with that is not in and would get someone to call me back. It is now Wednesday and I have tried calling them over 20 times and now no one answers the phone. I took it upon myself to take the opportunity to pay the debt with the discounted offer and I have not received any confirmation thereof. I sent a screenshot of the SMS and have sent them proof of payment. How can a company run like this if they never answer their phones, and by the looks of all the comments here I am not the only UNHAPPY recipient. I will keep trying and will give them a piece of my mind. VERY VERY UNHAPPY
