*****ulent fees

After settling my account with Discovery on the 16th of January I got contacted by ITC on the 27th of January 2023 stating Iv been handed over for outstanding 315 fees. I explained that this account had been settled with Discovery directly. However I sent the proof of payment to the details provided by the consultant from ITC. To my knowledge this account was settled. Since then Iv been receiving calls and sms stating I am still owing outstanding amounts which I couldn’t understand how cause after the first contact I had actioned their request why do I still receive calls and now being billed for legal fees when I had settled this matter. Their incompetence is now costing me, how is this legal?

How does ITC charge me for communication that I never received prior to 27th of January and then there after they kept running a bill when it was meant to be closed.

Try calling them but it only rings, wasting my time and money. When they keep running a bill why? When the account was settled
