**** rude unprofessional

Call center people very rude and don't listen very well when you are explaining to them that they need to update their details. Avon is the worst for referring their accounts to them very unprofessional and honestly don't know what they are doing. They will not send you invoices so they can keep pushing up interest and handling fees on accounts that have been settled
