Rude unprofessional consultants (huge concern)

I am really disgusted by the attitude been given by the consultants. In July I resigned form Nedbank and had a. Medical Aid with them of which I had no idea I owe and I was handed over to this company for an R2900. I resigned Ed becaue I am sick hence why I paid up all my accounts. Around December a consultant called me telling me I owe I was really shocked I tried explaining to them but the way the consultants are so rude they didn't want to listen and I didn't refuse paying but only wanted to understand what payment. Today I call again some very rude girl spoke to me. I tried explaining and decreasing monthly payment from R200 to R50 becaue I'm unemployed. She rudely told me that unemployment doesn't restrict me from paying I asked her how can she say that when she gets a monthly salary and I'm not refusing but making arrangements but I couldn't finish becaue of the rudeness. This company has very rude consultants that don't even update the system when client make arrangements and I felt discouraged becaue I was not refusing to pay and they make it seenm as if we don't want to pay only to mess up our names. This is a serious issue becaue I received an sms from them warning me that an arrest will be made. What utter nonsense is that. And when you call them you get rude unprofessional consultants who even refused me of speaking to the manager. This needs to be addressed because they are *****ing peoples accounts badly even when arrangements are done
