PATHETIC COMPANY

Would give a -0.00000 star if could. Avon handed over my account to them I received an SMS from ITCBA and paid accordingly LAST YEAR ! Months later this is still appearing and affecting my credit score as unpaid! I've written to them several times but they never respond! Tried calling but can never get through, don't think their numbers even work! Absolutely pathetic and appalling!.
