Pathetic

I am very shocked to see that everyone else is also disappointed in the service these people give their customers. I know see why i have to fight with this people every week. They mess a person's credit record because they don't know how to update the system and then they have the nerve to talk back when you show them the proof that they were ***********. They don't even know how to communicate with the people like mobicred who hand their customers over to them to advise what payments were made on the account. Pathetic
