No contact, no money

I have been paying this company for the last 3 months now, on time with no delays. But this month I have an issue with my bank, do you think I can get ahold of this company? No.. but they will be quick to blacklist me when they see there is no money from my account even though I have tried to make consecutive contact with them. The number on the website does not work and the number provided in the "remind me" sms does not work either, from Monday I have tried over 20 times to make contact and still nothing. 20 times in the space of 3 days? What poor service, I have never in my life had to try and call a debt collection company to make payment.
