never respond

what is the point of calling and emailing when nothing gets done!!!<br> My intial conversation with the call centre agent who was rude as well as her manager aswell made agreements with me and did not follow on it.<br> Secondly I called and spoke to Zaheda and to date no response.<br> Thirdly I have sent an email but no one responds. <br> <br> I spoke to three people in the call centre last month including a rude manager!!! <br> <br> I had made the payment as agreed last month and spoke to the manager and said plz call me on the 1st so I can increase my amount to pay no one called and I just get an sms for the same amount due!!! dont say something you cannot fulfill. <br> <br> Secondly I have called and spoke to Zaheda to say another attorney wants me to pay the same account and that u not handling the account. Zaheda took all the relevent information and said someone will call me no one has to date! <br> <br> Today I get a sms to increase my amount to avoid more costs how can I if everyone is doesnt respond and makes false agreements!!!<br> <br> As much as I would like to pay this account up no one is capable of doing their jobs<br> <br> <br> The service is pathethic from the arrogant manager to the call centr agents!
