ITCBA are Charlatans

They called me and gave me a settlement figure of R436.31 and I paid it before the agreed date. They then sent an sms thanking for the the payment and notify me that another R107.08 is outstanding. I’ve since sent countless emails enquiring why they give me a settlement figure then want another payment from me after I’ve settled however they now choose to ignore my emails.
