ITCBA and Bonitas medical aid

I really need help. Bonitas handed me over to ITC in 2020, I've settled the outstanding with ITC. In 2021 ITC says I owe them collection fee of R375.30. I've been bagging them to send the statement so that I can pay - today they sent me the statement with the balance R457.81 I really don't understand why they are charging me for these calls because they failed to email me the statements. I received 2 calls today of which I don't think its fair coz they will charge me. I'm also worried coz the statement says R457.81 and SMS says R555.27 with FNB banking details. their consultants are RUDE.
