ITC BA and their employees are PATHETIC!!!

This pathetic damn company calls me continuously claiming that I owe Discovery money and need to make arrangements. From November 2022, every damn day I get calls. Everyday I ask the same question please provide proof that I am owing this money because to date no calls from Discovery was made to me. I am freaking fed up. Call them because of the bull**** attitude they give me telling them I want the owner/business details to get a lawyer involved for the harassment and no one can help because using the sentences "sick and tired of your damn company calling me every damn time but not providing me with the damn documents to prove to me that I am owing money to Discovery is damn annoying" is rude, so should I use swear words to get answers. I lost my job in March 2022, company paid for the full medical aid, so not sure what money I am owing!!!
