incompetency of ITC BA

I have been handed-over by Anon for non payment since i have financial constraints. Last month, May 17th , I managed to pay R 400.00 of the outstanding amount of R 1100.00 at Shoprite using the easypay number.

To date the payment has not been allocated and I am constantly getting calls to now pay R 1500.00. ITC BA is ***********, they don't know what they are doing . How can you keep on calling your debtors without first looking at the movement of their accounts and reconcile where necessary.
