I had a debt with Doacovery,got an sms last week Tuesday to pay R3120, paid it, the next day they said i now owe R531 but couldn't explain where it comes from, requested a statement, still haven't received it, paid the said balance last week Wednesday, been struggling to get the paid up letter and a statement for the R531. Been calling daily and they always say they have escalated.
