Harassing overboard

These people have been harassing us for R149.99 that was apparently outstanding on our Mobicred account. We have paid the amount and they still keep on calling us. My husband has blocked the numbers that they are calling from so they are starting to call me know. And every time I answer the phone and I ask them why they are looking for my husband they state that with regards to the POPI act they cannot disclosure the details. What BS is this if this is the POPI act then why are you calling me for duck sake. This is also against the POPI act. Please stop calling us you have the outstanding balance of R149.99 please check you records
