False ITC Listing

This is a company that constantly harassed me and said I owe their client. I asked them to send me proof of my debt which they provided and I sent them emails where I had cancelled my account with their client and emails back from their clients acknowledging my cancellation. Then they come back and say I owe which then I sent all pop from that account. Then again they come back and say I still owe. I then ask for proof in Form of itemised billing. The consultant kept calling me back delaying on sending me anything. Then she sends me old invoices which reflect my payments too.<br> <br> I kept asking for itemised which I never received EVER.<br> <br> Now they listed that payment as a default on itc.<br> <br> This matter won't end here, I am taking this to the ombudsman and an official complaint has been lodged with ?cfdc<br> <br>
