DISCOVERY MEDICAL AID

I worked for a company having Discovery Medical Aid. I left the company and had used up all my benefits for the year. Discovery then handed me over TO ITCB who collects money on their behalf After paying off my account they closed it on there side, however I have overpaid on that account by R2083.73. No one ever informed me. Upon investigation over the past week and a half I have made more phone calls and sent my banking Details so many times, On Friday 11th October I was promised that the refund would reflect in my bank account. To I managed to Get hold of a wonderful Lady Lorna who has now escalated. I think the feedback and helpfulness between Discovery and ITCB has been horrific. I want the money paid into my Bank Account today.
