Complaint ref***

I actually dont give this company no ratings. If i can would have given them a 0 rating for their *********** and rude consultants that keep calling me and right in the middle of conversation they drop a call, the next call that comes in is a different person and when they not interested to hear what you got to say tey drop the call on you again but tey dont stop calling but dont listen to what you're saying. They are calling me for a Discovery Medical Aid fees that they say i owe and i keep telling them that I dont owe Discovery anymore because I paid them long time ago and i have sent proof of payment, this company keeps calling me and everytime i tell them this they asking for proof and i sent the proof to them on 2different emails ie *** and also to *** and in all of these attempts to prove that i owe Discovery Medical Aid nothing, they have not responded to my emails instead they keep calling me and sending sms that i still owe Discovery and I'm sick and tired of their bull**** and lack of compassion and understanding, they are frustrating me and seems lile nobody gives a damn to what I'm saying
