Bad Quality service

Hey I need an intervention on this matter I had a policy with Discovery Health and I moved from the company before end of the year. I had used all the savings for that year unfortunately my name was handed over to ITC, I made arrangement with ITC with the money asked me to pay I did pay all of as agreed. In 2019 I was done with the payment now it’s 2021 and ITC personnel are constantly calling me telling me that there was money that I wasn’t told of that I must pay. Is this ***** or what I’m truly upset by all this nonsense how can a company go awol after over 12 Months they insist I must pay more money!!!
