Bad, poor unprofessional service

I've been get sms that if dnt pay ITCBA for an medical aid that I had with oldmutual 2 years I will be blacklist for an amount of R170, 40, payed the amount on 26th of April 2021 followed up on 5th of May 2021 Universal they send communication with Bradley which was cc on the email. Till today no respond from Bradley had to call Universal they don't evn hav contact numbers, I call ITCBA they another disaster they drop my calls while holding, am not happy at all
