BAD ATTITUDES DEBT COLLECTORS RUDE

I have received 2 sms's from 2 different debt collectors VVM Debt Collectors and ITC BA for the same account I made arrangements with VVM to pay account on the 19th April and got an sms from ITC BA on the 20th April for the same account for x-rays that I asked the doctor not to send me for because I had no more medical savings on my medical aid. the lady from ITC BA called me this morning she were very rude when I tried to tell her that I already made arrangements with the other company and why do the drs give it to 2 collectors eventually I put down the phone as she would not give me an change to say anything, I then call VVM and I were trying to explain this to the person on the phone and she also had such and attitude and I could hear her laughing when I said(I better stop before they let me have another heart attack) I then put down the phone again.
