After being wrongfully handed over to ITC by Bonitas and responding to both companies that my account is paid in full and up to date, I am still being harassed by emails and phone calls that I am being blacklisted and will be prosecuted due to outstanding

After being wrongfully handed over to ITC by Bonitas and responding to both companies that my account is paid in full and up to date, I am still being harassed by emails and phone calls that I am being blacklisted and will be prosecuted due to outstanding payments. I have submitted proof that my account is paid and no outstanding fees are required and even received a letter from Bonitas that I do not owe any payments, am I still being hounded by ITC. seems like no one is responding to my emails.
