I have been waiting for more than 7 months now to have 100sqm of factory faulty tiles replaced. The local branch have been trying to assist, but are not succeeding. After 7 months, my patience is up. Please ask Tees Govender to contact me. She can get the details from Gilford at the Secunda Branch
