Supp**** tiles differ vastly from Display

After weeks of searching for our perfect tiles, we decided on Italtile for more than one reason, i.e their showroom and selection was very impressive, the staff was very helpful and the quality was what we were after. <br> We requested samples of our selection to ensure we were happy with the end result as this is a long commitment. We sent our driver with the sample to collect the tiles, he checked the tiles and noticed a Colour difference. We were told it's a different batch but they can get our tile we wanted from Somerset West branch. <br> We were leaving on a short business trip and the tilers were going to tile while we were away. Upon our return we were shocked to see the tilers were done and the colour of the tiles were so different. We immediately contacted the branch, we were told it's because of different batches and lighting etc. We are stuck with a \beige"tile with a dark grey tile. Neither of these tiles are as per the samples. We understand \""slight\""differences but not grey to beige!. Johan responded unsatisfactory to our complaint. Every time I look at our bathroom I'm reminded of my disappointment and I have to tell friends and family this is \""Italtile\"". """
