Reject tile included in box of tiles

I purchased a box of wall tiles for my shower. I had the tiles cut to my desired size, so from one tile I had cut into 4 tiles. What I didn't realise at the time was that included in the box of tiles, was one reject tile that did not match the other tiles at all. Unfortunately my tiler put these different tiles up and now I have up on my shower wall all white tiles and about 5 tiles that are different to the other white tiles. I have notified Italtile of this, sent pictures and tried following up with Brandon, but to no avail. He doesn't respond to my queries following up on this matter nor does he inform me how Italtile is going to recitfy this mess. So dissappointed in their after sale service.
