Quality service of note

Hi I am a small general contractor that works out of Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg. We completed a small bathroom full redo job this Friday last 6th August 2021. The client supp**** all the materials, tiles & bathroom fixtures. The client was away and not contactable last week. • Wednesday last, we were short of wall tiles, no problem for the Clearwater branch. They looked up the system & supp****. • Thursday the basin waste was wrong. We made the assumption that Italtile Clearwater had supp**** it. However, on looking up the system, they had not. However again. No problem, we stock these items so they assisted with supplying the correct item. • Friday the shower glass was too big. Again, back to Italtile Clearwater. On the system it showed that the glass partition was bought at Italtile Bryanston. No problem, we will take ownership of the problem. Give it to us, we’ll do all the paperwork, we don’t have stock on hand but Northriding will have it ready for you. Here is the paperwork. Just go to Dispatch. • There is a small credit due. We will contact the client to get and confirm his banking details and process the Credit. [The client got the call the next day]. • We arrive at Northriding, ah yes, we know about it and we’ll load for you. I’ll go get the picking slip. Italtile Clearwater, Dylan x10, Ayanda, the Dispatch staff, Clearwater & Northriding and the Clearwater Manager. Your approach, feedback, tone, understanding was stunning.
