Poor service - Italtile Bryanston

Really poor service. Called in to make payment for tiles only to find out that the tiles are sold. Paid for other tiles only to be promised arrival on a certain day. No follow up for delivery. I needed to contact them to get the delivery done 2 weeks after payment. As for delivery you pay R1000 and you have to be available the entire day for your delivery as they don't have a clue when it is to be delivered. Italtile supposed to have unique range. Found exact range elsewhere cheaper. Don't be fooled with promises. Finally got a call at 16h30 to tell me that the truck is only leaving the premises.
