Pathetic Italtile, Cedar Point and Savvy Civils service.

More than a month ago we had expensive vinyl installed in our new retirement home. It began to"tent", and "peel". Italtile recommended Savvy civils and Plumbing to install the vinyls, who in turn appointed Mike. Normal procedure is to always level the floor with self leveling screeding. This was not done correctly as vanyl is extremely particular as to the level of the floor. The failed vinyls were removed. Four days were spent chiseling the dried screeding, to bring it up to standard. Neither Cedar Point (Gauteng distributor), Italtile (seller and guarentor)or Savvy Civils (with Mike) are prepared to accept responsibility, to pay for the replacement vanyls that needs to be laid. Even the skirting is considered to blame....everyone is blaming everyone else...and here my wife in a wheelchair and I, need our dream home with no steps(for her). The year is at a close. Please help!! So far we've spent R83,353-60 (R6,300 owing) on a small home. All we have to show are two rooms re-laid, and FAULTY AGAIN.....HARD TO BELIEVE!!!! Fred Calitz.... Cell ***
