No replies no delivery

My client went with me on 28 August to buy all the accessories for her bathroom at Italtile Northgate Cape Town After we paid only we were advised there are no stock on the taps. After many shop visits I managed to get the shower mixer body to build in. Now 2 months later I still dont have the shower mixer and everytime I phone to speak to the manager the person who answers does not want to put me through and says they will help me rather. Then they promise to phone me back and no one phones back. Client is withholding R10 000 from me now due to unfinished work and I had to buy accessories and tiles for 3 bathrooms now and will rather refer my clients to another group supplier
