Italtile Roodepoort - Terrible Service on Refund
I returned tiles to Italtile Roodepoort. The lady made me believe that the refund will be in my account within hours as I paid with a debit card. Needless to say more than 72 hours later I still don't have my money back. Now that I follow up I'm told that she raised it with Head Office. You pay cash immediately when you buy from them, but if you return goods they don't care about giving you your cash back and make you wait with a don't care attitude. Four days later and the money "did not go through the bank" as they say, and I must believe this??

Thanks for your reply. Ayanda at Roodepoort branch swiped my debit card and gave me a slip as a so-called refund on 8 July. Trace Number 442471. Not sure if they afterwards cancelled the transaction, but the money have not reached me and I would love to hear from you on this matter.

I have been in contact with accounts and will get them to give you a call. I know they have been in contact with the banks as well. We are following protocol from the bank's side. I will arrange they reach out asap.
