Empty promises and then bad service experience

Promises to have stock and not feedback and poor poor admin Firstly they advertise, then when you buy - they don't have stock, then they make promises of when stock will be there, then you collect yourself at their supplier as they cannot make arrangements, then you go to this supplier as arrange and then they still cause you to wait two hours because they did not bother to send the PO or email through. So is this a good service experience - very very bad and i will probably never shop here again.
