dBali Tiles - anybody else have complaints?

We purchased dBali bone porcelain tiles from Italtile. The first problem that we reported to the sales person is that it appears that the tiles are bent at the corners, which makes the laid down tile look like it is not level and ends up sticking out above the tiles next to it. The second problem that we reported to the manager (Erik Pieterse) is that the tiles are staining with any dirt it is exposed to.
